Torneo de Chile R5, Lidera Hugo López

En los salones del club Chile se desarrolla el torneo nacional, correspondiente al año 2010. Participan once jugadores por el sistema todos contra todos.
Cumplida la quinta ronda lidera el campeonato Hugo López con 4,5 puntos, seguido de Pablo García; 3,5. El maestro internacional invitado, Jorge Egger, no ha tenido un buen torneo y marcha quinto con tres puntos; en esta ronda perdió con blancas frente a Cristóbal Torres, en una Defensa Siciliana, variante del Dragón, muy bien preparada por Torres.
